If you can't tell by now, I love me some big hair. To my delight, OUAI came through with everything I need to achieve healthy locks with a whole lotta body.
Being the hair fanatic I am, I'm always on the hunt for new hair products to give me that extra shine and volume I desire. But, before investing in new products I typically like to purchase sample size options just to be sure I absolutely love it. After hearing so much about Ouai, I knew I had to give it a try. So, I started with the On My Ouai Kit sold at Sephora. This kit came with the Treatment Masque, Smooth Spray, Texturizing Hair Spray and Dry Shampoo. From this kit, I really liked the treatment masque and texturizing hair spray. Check out more of my favorites from the Ouai below..
Texturizing Hair Spray: Great lightweight hairspray that's kind of a mixture of dry shampoo + hairspray that builds volume and texture the more you spray. I use this during and after styling my hair.
Rose Hair & Body Oil (not pictured): Lovee that this stuff is alcohol-free! This oil has a soft rose scent which will have everyone asking what type of shampoo you use. It leaves your hair silky-shiny without weighing it down (remember, moderation is key). It's great to put on your spilt-ends. And, I like applying a bit to my shoulders/collarbone for a little extra glow.
Matte Pomade: Pomade! One of my secret weapons I've been using for years! So, I was excited to finally to try a new one. This one is great for taming fly-aways, giving your ends that piecey textured look while also adding body (woot woot!).
Treatment Masque: Coloring my hair and applying heat so often leaves my hair quite dry on the ends. After using this masque, I immediately noticed how much softer hair my hair felt without weighing it down. Added Bonus - it helped minimize the frizz!
Dry Shampoo Foam: I personally don't like to wash my hair every single day. As an avid gym goer, dry shampoo helps to keep my hair from getting oily while also smelling fresh. When I came across this dry shampoo foam, I was skeptical that it could provide the same benefits that my normal dry shampoo does. So I tried the tester out right in the middle of the sales floor at Sephora. No shame! (lol) Little did I know the powers within this bottle. Not only does it smell fantastic, but it provides sheen and body to your hair like no other!
